Paige Portner, LSW has extensive experience working with youth and families, particularly those facing trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. She specializes in supporting children and teens through individual and group therapy, helping them develop stronger coping strategies, improve relationships, and build resilience both at home and in school.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based, incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family-focused interventions. Paige works closely with families, schools, and care teams to ensure each client receives well-rounded, individualized support tailored to their unique needs.
Paige earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health, case management, and youth development. She has worked across a variety of settings including residential programs, schools, and community-based services, where she has supported individuals through crisis situations, treatment planning, and long-term growth.
