  • Javier Luis Sanchez, M.D.

    Chief Medical Officer

    Javier L. Sanchez, M.D., is the Chief Medical Officer of Wellbrook Health. Javi is also Chief of Pediatric Health at Albany Medical Center, one of the largest health systems in New York. He is also Professor of Pediatrics at Albany Medical College. Javi is board-certified in both Pediatrics and in Critical Care. For the past 27 years, Javi has led medical missions for Gift of Life International, providing free surgical procedures to children in El Salvador, Dominican Republic, and Romania.

  • Melissa Doyle, Ph.D., LCSW-R

    Chief Clinical Officer

    Melissa Doyle, Ph.D., LCSW-R is the Chief Clinical Officer of Wellbrook. She is also the Division Chief of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center. At Albany Medical Center, she integrated comprehensive mental health services across a range of specialty practices including Neurosurgery, Urology, Primary, Physical Medicine, and Orthopedics. Melissa brings over 30 years of clinical healthcare leadership working with adults and children with developmental disorders.

  • Lisa C. Diamond, M.D.

    Medical Director

    Lisa C. Diamond, M.D., is the Medical Director for Wellbrook Health. Prior to Wellbrook, Lisa chaired the Psychiatry Department at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was previously the Director of Psychiatry at New Milford Hospital. She has served on the Board of Directors for Northwest Center for Families and Children and the Women’s Medical Association of NYC. Lisa is boarded in Psychiatry and received her Doctorate from Columbia University.

  • Dr Benjamin Anderson, M.D.

    Medical Advisor

    Benjamin Anderson, M.D. is a board certified general and child/adolescent psychiatrist practicing at Hartford Hospital-Institute of Living and is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. He cares for patients throughout the lifespan with various psychiatric disorders, including depressive/anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychosis, Bipolar Disorder among others. Additional areas of interest include clinical trial research and consult liaison psychiatry. He brings over 10 years of clinical experience.

  • Dr. Aleeya Healey, M.D.

    Clinical Advisor

    Aleeya Healey, M.D. is a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician (DBP), practicing at Albany Medical Center and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Albany Medical College. She completed her DBP Fellowship at NYU Langone Medical Center and is board certified in pediatrics and DBP. She cares for patients between 0-21 years of age with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, depression, anxiety, neurodevelopmental disabilities, and the NICU follow-up population. She was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society in medical school and passionate about the developing child/adolescent/young adult. She brings over 10 years of clinical experience in her specialty.

  • Arel Meister - Aldama

    Co-Founder

    Wellbrook Health is co-founded by Arel Meister-Aldama and April Lee. Prior to Wellbrook, Arel was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sprout Health Group, a national provider of behavioral health services which was acquired by Zinnia Health in 2021. Prior to Sprout, Arel worked at Summit Partners, a Boston based private equity firm. Arel previously co-founded several healthcare and technology startups including Reservoir Health and Triggr Health. Arel graduated from New York University.

  • April Lee

    Co-Founder

    Wellbrook Health is co-founded by Arel Meister-Aldama and April Lee. Prior to Wellbrook, April co-founded and was CEO/COO of Reservoir Health, a provider of behavioral health services, where she remains an active partner. Prior to Reservoir, April served as Vice President at Point72 Asset Management, a global asset management firm. April previously worked in analytics, specializing in digital acquisition marketing, at Ondeck Capital, MEC Global and Univision, as well as in research and journalism at Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal and C-LAB think tank at Columbia University. April received her BS and MA from New York University.

  • Sheyla Riaz, LCSW

    Clinical Adviser

    Sheyla Riaz, LCSW, is the Clinical Director of Wellbrook Health. She is also the Director of Social Work for KIPP NJ a public charter school network of 14 schools (k-12) in Newark. At KIPP NJ, she manages mental health services and social emotional learning programming for students and their families. Sheyla brings over 15 years of clinical, community, and school based mental health leadership working with children, young adults, and their families.

  • Stephanie Bailey, LCSW

    Clinical Director

    Stephanie Bailey, LCSW, is the Clinical Director of Wellbrook Health. Stephanie brings over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing trauma informed care in New Jersey. She previously led clinical services at Center For Hope and Renewal. Prior to that, Stephanie managed behavioral health operations at Out of Home Care.
