Wraparound support for pregnant individuals with substance use disorders, with case managers and specialists that help navigate treatment, social services, finances and support systems. To enroll, individuals must be pregnant at time of referral, live in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester or Salem County have a substance use disorder.

PMCH’s mission is to meet healthcare needs of women, infants, and children while coordinating education, outreach, and advocacy. The consortium conducts extensive community outreach and educational programs for consumers and providers, runs group discussions, special events, health fairs, and offers bilingual consumer newsletters in languages including Spanish. With the exception of certain professional education services, all services are free.

SNJPC is a nonprofit agency working to improve the health of pregnant individuals, infants, children and families of South Jersey. It is a state-licensed maternal and child health consortium, coordinating and supporting maternal-fetal and newborn care throughout the seven-county region of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties.

PMCH Emotional Well-Being Program

This program offers emotional support during pregnancy and new motherhood, including phone support, virtual support groups, and community education programs, as well as referrals and resources. Collaborators include hospitals, health centers, mental health clinicians, and community organizations in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union, and Warren Counties. Postpartum Wellness Initiative

The Postpartum Wellness warmline provides a collaborative approach to discuss symptoms and supports, and to come up with a plan to feel better. Program staff can answer questions, provide support and help women to navigate the system of care to get into the right treatment for them.
